What We Do
We will vacuum, sweep and mop all areas as appropriate- We will dust; wood tables, chairs, shelves, cabinets, ceiling fans.
- We will change beds, when sheets are laid out
- Clean bathtub, shower, shower door and sink
- Commode (inside and out, top and bottom).
- We clean the kitchen sink and shine.
- We clean stove top, refrigerator (outside only), microwave (outside and inside), dishwasher (outside only). Any other appliances, outside only.
- If not too many dishes, we will go ahead and load the dishwasher.
- Cabinet tops – everything will be moved, washed behind, under and put back
- We will vacuum the couch if there is animal hair, crumbs, etc.
- We clean mirrors and glass tops
- We do not take glass tops off of tables or anything to clean, all mirrors or glass must be securely mounted for cleaning
- We will move all light furnishing to sweep and mop. We do not disassemble tables, furniture, etc.
- We do not move heavy furniture, if you want to move furniture, we will clean under and behind

Dust blinds, window sills and baseboard.

Check front door facing; wipe with wet rag if there is smudge spots
- If you have pets in the home we will ask to use your mop
- Our cleaning crews are not allowed to pick up or touch anything having feces, excretion or blood, of any kind (animal or human)
- All clothes, toys and miscellaneous items must be picked up prior to our arrival (extra charge if we have to pick up)
- If you want anything else done, please call the office in advance to schedule other work
- If your schedule is weekly, every other week, and you cancel your appointment, then the next appointment will be charged the rate according to the weeks missed
- Example: If you’re weekly and you cancel one appointment, you would be charged every other week rate
- Payment with ATM/DEBIT, VISA or MASTERCARD, CASH & CHECK WITH VERIFICATION
