Cleaning Services

First Time Clean

All Rooms:

Dust all ceilings, corners for cobwebs and dust.

Kitchen:

Sinks, faucets, (clean, dry, polish).  Clean inside and outside microwave, outside refrigerator, stovetop, vent hood, outside dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ALL appliances, all cabinets & shelves outside only. All light fixtures, fans, window sills, baseboards, blinds, and vents.  Vac, sweep & mop. 

Bedrooms and Family Rooms:

Hand wet wipe light fixtures, fans, window cells, baseboards, blinds, mirrors, pictures and wall décor.  Pick up to polish all cabinets & shelves outside only.  If bed is wood we will polish.  Vacuum, sweep & mop.

Bathrooms:

Commode hinges, commode-inside, outside, top, bottom and base.  Sinks, bathtub, shower, shower door, curtain.  All cabinets, shelves, baseboards, blinds, faucets, soap dishes, paper holders, mirrors, window ceils and light fixtures.  Vacuum, sweep and mop.

Laundry Room:

 Inside, outside washer and dryer.  Sweep down all webs and dust.  Clean all cabinets, shelves, tables and sinks.  Sweep and mop.

All Rooms:

Clean door facings, wall décor, light fixtures, fans, door knobs, door hinges, ceilings, baseboards, window sills.

Normal Clean

  • Sweep, mop and vacuum
  • Dust: furniture, ceiling fans, blinds, window sills.
  • Cabinet tops wiped down (all will be moved and returned)
  • All appliances wiped down (outside only)
  • Stove top
  • Bathroom fixtures – top to bottom, inside and outside
  • All mirrors
  • Bed sheets will be changed if laid out
  • All beds will be made
  • Trash removed to outside
  • Kitchen and bath cabinets tops wiped down.  Cabinet doors dusted or wiped down if needed (outside only)
  • We do not open closet doors or cabinets, unless you ask us to vacuum closet floor
  • We do ask that toys or miscellaneous be picked up before we arrive
  • Homes that have pets inside please contain in one area

Empty Clean - Make Ready

All Rooms:

Dust down all ceilings, corners.  Wet wipe ALL doors, facings, window ceils, light fixtures, doorknobs, door hinges, baseboards.  Washout ALL cabinets, closets, shelves, inside and out.  Sweep, mop or vacuum.

Kitchen:

Clean sinks, faucets, stove inside and outside.  Refrigerator - inside and outside.  Dishwasher – inside and outside.  Vent hood, ceilings and corners.  Light fixtures, baseboards, window ceils, doors and facings, fans, blinds and vents.  Clean inside and outside ALL cabinets closets drawers shelves.

Bathroom:

 Clean, bathtubs, showers, shower doors, curtains.  Soap dishes, sinks, facets and toilet hinges.  Clean toilets inside and outside, paper holders, blinds, mirrors, window ceils, light fixtures.  Clean ALL cabinets, closets, drawer, shelves inside and out.

Bedrooms:

Same as above

Laundry Room:

 All of the above plus washer and dryer inside and outside.  Always clean lint trap.

Sweep:

Front porch and back porch.
